Over the last year, the Gibraltar Electricity Authority and AquaGib Limited have been working on the design of a New Bill Format, intended to help Customer’s better understand both their Electricity and Water Consumption.
As part of the process, both entities embarked on obtaining the views of its Customers through the establishment of focus groups, as well as issuing informative leaflets and a short video explaining the changes being introduced.
