- 5 GCSE’s at grade A-C (or equivalent) including English Language & Mathematics
- Candidate should be computer literate, have an understanding of accounting systems and previous experience in a similar role.
- Business or Accounting degree preferable but not essential.
- Successful candidate will be based at our Consumer Services Office.
- Successful candidate will be providing customer service support to our stakeholders, including the processing of customer applications and the recovery of arrears.
